I didn’t study the entrepreneurial journey.
I lived it.
I began my professional career as an optometrist in 1978 and went on to build and lead independent practices, develop teams, navigate decades of change and ultimately sell the business I had spent much of my life creating.
Along the way, I became more than a clinician. I became an entrepreneur, employer, CEO, educator, advisor and speaker.
Today, I bring that lived experience to business owners and professionals navigating growth, leadership, transition—and whatever comes next.
